a lot of questions, but best answer will be awarded

- All of these can be heated, and all of them can be chilled and served as iced tea. It would be a little unusual to ice green tea, but it can be done. White tea is very well suited to be chilled, preferably with an added flavor like pomegranate or something like it.
- Black tea is often taken with milk, cream and/or sugar. Herbal Teas are sometimes sweetened, but green tea and white tea are rarely mixed with anything. Note that the health benefits of tea (due to the antioxidants) are ruined if you pour milk in the tea. Milk makes black tea taste milder and smoother, but takes away the health benefits.
- Honey and stevia can be used to sweeten tea. They are both much healthier than sugar.
- I’m not that familiar with the tea at Starbuck’s, but you should avoid ordinary bagged tea. It is very inferior to loose Leaf Tea.
- Teabags can be used for making iced tea, and they often are. Again, go with the Loose Leaf tea. It tastes much better.
- It is not weird to drink hot or cold teas at night and hot or cold teas in the morning. If that’s what you like, go for it. Drinking the tea you like in the way you like it is never wrong, regardless of the time of day.
- Tea lovers very quickly get extremely picky in what teas they like. It is unlikely that a real tea lover would ever order tea at a major chain like Starbuck’s, and even less likely that he would think it was any good. Many who are into teas in a big way only order somewhat obscure Loose Leaf Teas from well-stocked vendors, or directly from China, Japan or India. I know I do.
I hope this was some help to you. Exploring the world of tea is extremely interesting and fun. Enjoy the experience!
