Mega T green tea is one of the best selling green tea supplements in the world. This is an impressive title to hold. However, is mega t green tea safe to drink? Are those who bought Mega T green tea happy with the results?

• Green tea – this is the fat burner that increases metabolism and helps a person shed a few pounds – over a period of time. Mega T green tea supplements contain 90 mg EGCG, and this stands for Epigallocatechin Gallate. This is an antioxidant that can be found in green tea. Its primary benefits are as a nutritional supplement to prevent cancer, viral infection, low blood sugar, and degenerative diseases. The concern here is that Mega T green supplement has a small dose of this ingredient.

At low levels, it will help with memory, alertness, and moodiness. To make a dent on a person weight, guarana must be combined with Damiana and Yerba Mate herbs. Unfortunately, Mega T green tea only has guarana.

After seeing the main ingredients of this supplement, the question is easier to answer on whether it works or not. The answer is subjective because for many people, this product has been proven to be effective. On the other hand, there is a growing number of dissatisfied customers who claim that the product is just another fluke
